We just had a lovely and very tasty lunch that hit all the right spots. First the paired down lunch menu is diverse and has great options for all types of eaters. I had the vegetarian pita sandwich with a salad and a 3rd planet beer and it was a large portion that is more filling than one would think. It was rich, flavorful, and the citrus vinaigrette is a hidden gem. My husband had the sweet potato gnocchi and it was out of this world. The sauce was a keen blend of coconut cream, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes that was hearty and light simultaneously. Such a fantastic staff, the owners were amazing. We will be back!

This has become a new lunchtime favorite of mine. I ate here first on my own and enjoyed it so much that I brought my coworker back as well. I had the Mediterranean style pita both times, which was tasty and met my vegetarian food preference. I also had the almond tea, which was good, but I probably wouldn’t order it again as it was way too sweet. Many of the items are locally sourced, which I can appreciate. My coworker did have an issue where her chicken croissant sandwich had inedible tendon pieces left in it (choking hazard), which was disappointing. The owner definitely showed concern and addressed it when the issue was brought to her attention. The interior of the establishment is super cute and tastefully decorated.

UPDATED TO ADD: we go every weekend now. It’s THAT good!! Our favorite date night spot, hands down!! This is our second time at PB&J and we loved it both times! The service was great, food was great, prices were great, and we love the atmosphere. So happy to have this available in Niceville!!

We LOVE this bistro. It’s super cute and has a 1940’s kind of vibe (without being over the top about it). The food is great and there’s separate menus for lunch and dinner. They have wine-based cocktails and a nice selection of craft beers from three local breweries.

We had an AMAZING experience at PB&J while family was in town. Each of our meals was spot on, the service was timely and friendly and the atmosphere was inviting and stylish. It’s definitely on our regular rotation now. Thanks for such an amazing meal!!

We just got in town ! We stopped here from the airport. We were the last customers and the food and service was great. I got the filet. Then we got two different salads and the burger special. The sweet potato fries were good.

Had dinner here for the first time, without a reservation ! A little busy on a Wednesday night around 6. We were sat in a booth, and the small dining area was cozy and perfect for date night! There is a small beer and wine selection, and you can have it by the glass or bottle. Sabrina, our server, was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend this adorable restaurant to anyone!

My husband and I went for a date night dinner. He had the grouper I had the short rib, and each of us loved our meal. We were greeted promptly by the owner who is lovely, and our waitress was superb! Turns out the owner and my husband went to Niceville high together so that was a nice exchange. Overall food and service both excellent. I highly recommend giving them a try. We will definitely be back.
